Key Responsibilities

Define the growth strategy and measurable goals across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization
Identify the highest-impact customer problems and turn them into a prioritized roadmap
Lead cross-functional teams to ship improvements across onboarding, engagement, and conversion
Design an experimentation program with clear hypotheses, success metrics, and learning plans
Improve key funnels by removing friction and increasing value delivered to customers
Partner with Marketing to align product-led and campaign-led growth plans
Partner with Sales to improve conversion for sales-assisted segments when relevant
Partner with Data teams to ensure trustworthy metrics and consistent reporting
Communicate tradeoffs, results, and next steps to executive stakeholders
Coach Product Managers and raise the bar on product discovery and decision-making
