We do not require or process such data as part of our services.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against violations of these Terms, including removing content, suspending or terminating accounts, and reporting activity to law enforcement authorities.

5. Disclaimers and Warranties

5.2 Career Outcomes

We do not guarantee any specific career outcomes, job opportunities, or salary increases as a result of using CareerXray. The service is designed to provide insights and guidance, but ultimate career decisions and results depend on many factors beyond our control.

5.3 AI-Generated Content

CareerXray uses artificial intelligence to generate certain content and recommendations. While we aim for accuracy and usefulness, the output may not always reflect your experience, interests, or aspirations. AI-generated insights should be reviewed and interpreted by the user.

5.4 Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the service will be available, uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, particularly during our beta/MVP phase.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use CareerXray, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
