Key Responsibilities

Lead daily shift huddles and assign work across picking, packing, shipping, and receiving
Monitor order volume and adjust labor to meet shipping cutoffs
Coach team members on standard work and quality expectations
Resolve workflow issues such as shortages, location errors, and damaged goods
Check orders for accuracy and reduce mispicks and returns
Coordinate with inventory teams to maintain stock accuracy and clean locations
Support staffing needs including training, scheduling, and timekeeping

Communicate status updates to operations managers and partner teams
