Key Responsibilities

Lead daily shift start up, staffing assignments, and workload balancing
Monitor order flow to meet shipping deadlines and service targets
Coach associates on standard work and quality expectations
Enforce safety rules and respond to incidents quickly
Coordinate receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and shipping handoffs
Investigate shipment errors and drive corrective actions
Track productivity and accuracy metrics and share results with the team
Maintain coverage plans for absences and peak volume periods
Partner with maintenance and operations leaders to reduce downtime
Support inventory counts and resolve location discrepancies
Train new hires and support cross training across work areas
Escalate capacity or carrier issues and communicate status updates
