- Support the accounting software used for general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Configure and maintain accounting system settings such as chart of accounts and approval workflows
- Manage user access and system permissions in line with internal controls
- Troubleshoot transaction errors and data mismatches across connected systems
- Coordinate system updates, patches, and testing with internal teams and vendors
- Document accounting processes, system procedures, and change history
- Build and maintain basic reports to support close, audits, and management reporting
- Improve month end close efficiency through automation and standardized workflows
- Support integrations between accounting systems and tools such as billing, payroll, and expense platforms
- Assist with data cleanup, data imports, and data validation for ongoing operations or system changes
- Train end users on system features and best practices
- Partner with accounting leadership on system roadmap and continuous improvement
