- Set product vision and strategy for the data platform based on company goals and stakeholder needs
- Define and prioritize the platform roadmap, including ingestion, storage, transformation, and access capabilities
- Write clear requirements and success metrics for platform features and improvements
- Partner with Data Engineering to plan releases, manage tradeoffs, and reduce technical risk
- Coordinate with Security and Legal to meet privacy, governance, and compliance expectations
- Create a self service experience for data users through documentation, onboarding, and enablement
- Improve platform reliability through service level objectives and incident learnings
- Monitor platform cost and performance, and drive optimization initiatives
- Align stakeholders across Analytics, Machine Learning, Finance, and Operations on priorities and timelines
- Own platform adoption by tracking usage, user satisfaction, and time to access trusted data
