- Define the company monetization strategy and multi year revenue roadmap
- Own pricing strategy and approve pricing changes
- Design packaging and bundles that match customer needs and willingness to pay
- Lead advertising revenue strategy where applicable
- Set revenue goals and performance metrics for monetization programs
- Partner with Product leadership to ensure monetization features are built and shipped on time
- Partner with Sales leadership to improve deal structure and sales effectiveness
- Build forecasts and scenario plans with Finance
- Improve customer retention and expansion through targeted offers and lifecycle programs
