- Own the revenue operating rhythm including planning, weekly reviews, and performance tracking
- Build and maintain revenue dashboards and clear definitions for key metrics
- Improve forecast accuracy through better processes, data hygiene, and coaching

- Design lead and account routing rules that improve speed to response and conversion

- Run quota setting and capacity planning in support of annual and quarterly targets

- Manage the core revenue technology stack and drive adoption across teams
- Identify bottlenecks in the revenue process and lead cross functional fixes
- Set standards for CRM data quality and ensure reliable reporting
- Lead and mentor analysts or operations specialists when applicable
