SEC Reporting Manager

- Manage quarterly and annual SEC filings, including Form 10-Q and Form 10-K
- Coordinate earnings release support, including financial tables and key disclosure inputs
- Oversee preparation of financial statement footnotes and disclosure schedules
- Maintain reporting calendars, task ownership, and review checkpoints
- Review financial statements for accuracy, completeness, and consistency across documents
- Partner with technical accounting to evaluate and document complex accounting conclusions
- Ensure compliance with SEC rules and applicable accounting standards
- Coordinate external auditor and legal counsel review cycles and comment resolution
- Draft and maintain disclosure controls and procedures documentation
- Support responses to SEC comment letters and regulator inquiries
- Improve reporting processes, including templates, data collection, and version control
- Coach and develop team members and reviewers involved in reporting deliverables
