- Run discovery sessions to understand quoting, pricing, approvals, and contract workflows
- Design CPQ solution approach, including products, bundles, options, and rules
- Configure pricing logic such as discount controls and tiered pricing
- Set up quote templates and required commercial terms
- Design and implement approval processes for discounts and special terms
- Integrate CPQ with related systems such as CRM processes, order management, and billing tools
- Partner with sales, finance, and legal teams to align CPQ outputs to business requirements
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and configuration documentation
- Support testing, including test planning and defect triage
- Deliver training for sales teams and administrators
- Monitor adoption and recommend improvements based on usage and feedback
- Support deployments and post go live stabilization
