Key Responsibilities

Install and connect RF equipment such as radios, antennas, cables, filters, and amplifiers
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on RF systems
Test signal quality and coverage using field test tools
Troubleshoot faults such as interference, weak signal, and equipment failure
Measure and document system performance against required standards
Calibrate and configure RF devices based on work orders and engineering notes
Replace and repair components including connectors, coax, and power systems
Support site work including tower or rooftop visits when required
Follow safety procedures for working at heights, electrical systems, and RF exposure
