- Own daily operations for pallet rework and restacking activities
- Set work priorities based on inbound and outbound schedules
- Coordinate staffing, training, and shift coverage for rework teams
- Create and maintain standard work instructions for rework tasks
- Ensure load stability, labeling accuracy, and customer compliance requirements
