An Integration Manager plans and leads the work needed to connect systems, teams, and processes after a company change such as a new product launch, a platform rollout, or a merger. The goal is to deliver a smooth transition, reduce disruption, and make sure the combined solution works reliably for customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Create an integration plan with scope, timeline, milestones, and owners
Coordinate cross functional teams across product, engineering, operations, finance, and customer teams
Define the future state operating model and key workflows
Run integration governance including status updates, decision logs, and escalation paths
Track risks, issues, and dependencies and drive resolution
Align stakeholders on priorities, trade offs, and delivery commitments
Support data migration planning and validation with technical teams
Oversee change management including training, communications, and adoption tracking
Confirm readiness for launch using checklists and go live criteria
Measure outcomes using customer impact, performance, cost, and time metrics
