- Support recruiting processes such as job postings, interview scheduling, and offer coordination
- Run onboarding and offboarding steps including paperwork, system access requests, and orientation support
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems
- Answer employee questions on benefits, pay, leave, and workplace policies
- Support managers with performance review cycles and coaching on HR processes
- Assist with employee relations matters such as investigations, documentation, and resolution steps
