Key Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints and layout markings
Measure, cut, and assemble formwork components
Set forms to correct line, level, and plumb
Install bracing and supports to prevent movement during concrete placement
Place and secure embedded items such as anchor bolts and plates
Work with concrete crews during pours to maintain form stability
Strip forms after concrete cures and clean materials for reuse
Inspect formwork for damage and make repairs
