Key Responsibilities

Set the event strategy and annual calendar aligned to company goals
Own event budgets, forecasting, and cost control
Lead event planning and on site execution for conferences, trade shows, field events, and virtual events
Manage vendors, venues, agencies, and contract negotiations
Develop event programming, agendas, and speaker management
Partner with marketing, sales, and customer teams on event goals and lead follow up
Create run of show documents and operational playbooks
Oversee event branding, attendee communications, and registration experience
Measure performance using clear goals and post event reporting
