  • Partner with Product, Support, Sales, and Clinical/Operations to resolve root causes
  • Build dashboards for retention, churn, CSAT/HCAHPS, SLAs, and escalations
  • Oversee support/success operations, SLAs, and service recovery practices
  • Design and deliver frontline service standards and training
  • Manage CX team, tools, budget, and vendor relationships
