Key Responsibilities

Perform daily rounds to check power, cooling, humidity, and water leak indicators
Respond to alarms and troubleshoot facility issues to restore normal operations quickly
Operate and maintain electrical systems such as switchgear, breakers, and power distribution units
Operate and maintain mechanical systems such as cooling units, pumps, and air handlers
Monitor and test backup systems such as generators and uninterruptible power supplies
Perform preventive maintenance and document work completed and parts used
Coordinate vendor visits, site access, and service appointments
Follow safety procedures and support incident investigations and corrective actions
Track spare parts and keep critical tools and meters ready for use
Support change activities such as equipment installation, decommissioning, and load transfers
