- Set and maintain corporate card policies, limits, and approval workflows
- Manage the card issuer relationship, including renewals, pricing, and service issues
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding for cardholders, including training and support
- Monitor card spend for policy compliance, fraud risk, and unusual activity
- Partner with Accounts Payable to improve coding, receipts capture, and reconciliation
- Coordinate dispute handling, chargebacks, and card replacement processes
- Produce regular reporting on spend, adoption, compliance, and savings opportunities
- Run audits and control checks, then track remediation to completion
- Lead process improvements to reduce manual work and shorten month end close time
- Support expansion to new countries, entities, or card products when needed
