Career GuideKey Responsibilities
- Provide one to one and small group academic support under teacher direction
- Reinforce classroom rules and positive behavior routines
- Assist students with daily tasks such as materials management and transitions
- Support students with learning plans by following documented accommodations
- Monitor student safety in classrooms, hallways, lunch, and recess
- Collect simple observations on student progress and share with the teacher
