- Coordinate card program activities across operations, customer support, finance, risk, and compliance
- Support card issuance workflows, including new cards, replacements, renewals, and closures
- Track and resolve cardholder issues such as declined transactions, disputes, and card delivery problems
- Maintain program documentation, procedures, and training materials
- Monitor service levels and escalate incidents to the right internal team or vendor
