Key Responsibilities

Install AV hardware such as displays, projectors, speakers, microphones, cameras, and mounts
Run, label, and terminate cabling including HDMI, SDI, speaker wire, and network cable
Configure control systems and user interfaces for rooms and meeting spaces
Set up video conferencing systems and validate audio and camera performance
Test systems end to end and document results
Troubleshoot signal, audio, network, and device issues on site
Coordinate with electricians, network teams, and construction teams during installs
Follow safety practices and keep work areas clean and organized
Provide basic user training and handoff support after installation
Maintain service records and update system documentation such as rack layouts and wiring diagrams
