Key Responsibilities

Greet guests and answer basic questions about pool rules and schedules
Support lifeguards by monitoring the deck area and reporting concerns
Help enforce facility rules in a calm and respectful way
Set up and take down lane lines, safety equipment, and class materials
Check and restock towels, first aid supplies, and cleaning supplies
Keep the pool deck, locker rooms, and surrounding areas clean and dry
Record basic water test results as directed
Report maintenance issues such as broken fixtures or unsafe surfaces
Assist with swim lessons and aquatic programs through basic logistics support
Support opening and closing procedures such as signage and area checks
Complete incident notes for minor issues and route them to supervisors
Communicate clearly with supervisors during busy or emergency situations
